About Hai Chinese

Hai 嗨 Hāi means a casual and modern way to say hello in Chinese, equivalent to saying Nǐ Hǎo 你好. 

Hai 海 Hǎi also means Sea Turtle 海龟|龜 Hai3 Gui1, which happens to be my child, Ellie’s favorite animal. Sea Turtle symbolizes patience, wisdom, endurance, and good in Chinese culture.

Hai Chinese provides Mandarin Chinese classes, bi-lingual learning products and offers special in-person events to help parents and kids to master the language successfully. Storytime, arts and crafts, book clubs are some of the events we have. I hope you will join us for the fun journey!
